Terms of Service
What we do
You send us a link to a product listed on a Japanese shop. We quote a single final price covering the item, shipping and import duties. If you accept, we buy the item on your behalf, ship it to you, and charge your card once it is confirmed in hand.
New items only
We currently purchase brand-new items only. See the FAQ for why.
Quotes
A quote is valid for 12 hours from when it is issued. Prices and exchange rates move, so an expired quote cannot be honoured — please request a fresh one.
Payment
We place a hold on your card when you order, and charge it only once we have the item in hand. If the item turns out to be unavailable, the hold is released automatically and you pay nothing.
Cancellation
Before we purchase the item on your behalf, you may cancel free of charge. Once we have purchased it, the order cannot be cancelled or returned.
Damage or loss
If your item arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we refund the full amount you paid, or reship it at our cost.
Shipping restrictions
We can only ship items permitted under Japan Post's international shipping rules. If a listing turns out to be unshippable, we will not place an order for it.
